View Full Version : in the keyframe...how?
Xilica 10-17-2002, 12:36 AM i want to make a color of a cube change at frame 25 then change back to normal color at frame 50..is this posible?

Yes. Press N for auto key. Go to frame 24 and change the color and go bck to the exact color you just had. That sets a key for that param. Then go to frame 25 and set the new color.
The reason you cant just go to 25 and set the new color is because it will gradually change from frame 1 to 25.
do the same thing at 49 and 50

btw, the red brackets around the spinners indicate there's a keyframe on that param.

doesn't appear to be workign in the viewport..when i change my color i tried using the steps you said but when it comes to color changing i used the material editor and then tried it on the basic name and color group area..where do i change my color?

Just remember that everything is animateable. Just turn on auto keyframe and start changing colors or adjusting things.
