View Full Version : Using Grids as Proportion Guide

Hello! I'm fairly new to 2d Digital Art. I've been having trouble with sketching a picture from the reference picture (Proportion wise). So I setup a grid on the original picture, and I setup the exact same grid on my sketch layer to guide me. Is this a good idea in improving my proportion skill or is it a bad idea?
