i really like your work dude - the models are so cute too!
i can't really think of much to improve in it - it kinda looks quite pose-to-pose i guess - but i wouldn't know how to go about preventing this. More fluidity between poses? i dont really have a clue.
The bit where he grabs the guys collar is awesome!
Did you make your website? the flash is awesome! v. impressed!
I love the sound file too - amazing film!

I have to say vitor, this is nitpicking really for your style of animation, because it is technically excelent, and has a unique motion and weight. Id say maybe the pace of the poses might be sped up some how or slowed down depending, because when he begins speaking, and then goes into that strong reversed pose it happens at the same pace as the other poses, so you dont feel as much of an impact. and maybe, allthough I dont think this is a problem, it might be that I just woke up but when the guy moves and shuffles his feet, there might be more hip movement up and down, I dunno. Your an awsome animator vitor, this is just me nitpicking as well.

Hey Victor,
Nice animation u got there .. and great sound clip btw. Anyways I must say That the guy who grabs the other guys tie, is weak when he just lets go of the tie after his line is done ... He is just waiting for the other characters to say there lines .. (Thats how I felt aboute him at that point)
Anyways I think that Instead of just letting go of the tie and looking down the table, he would seem to really mean what he just did and said if he still holds the other guys tie while the lady in the background says her line and while his expression shouldnt change after he grabs the tie and says his line .... And If he was really really pist at this guy, he wouldnt even look at the lady talking ... well that was just my opinion ...
Nice work ...
Tadeusz
You never ever really finish an animation, u just give up at some point.
