CGTalk - Lattice Problems

Hi

I have started to encounter problems with the way in which lattice objects orientate to the points i have tagged. In the past any points I had tagged had the lattice align squarely.

Any suggestion appreciated.

get a lattice with nothing selected, shape it at leisure.
select cluster then deform>by lattice
