Hi folks,

I want to see the 10bit cineon/dpx files in my 3ds max Background and as a texture on a image plane. But the cineon file when imported in the material editor looks too dark.

Can anyone please suggest how can I use/see the Cineon file as texture map in 3dsmax with its proper colors. And render out the images in cineon file without loosing the color detailes.
(Does 3ds max handle log space? or it needs to be fed with linear color space file? is it necessory to consider bit depth or color space while importing and exporting cineon file in max?)

thanx a mill
