View Full Version : how to track only the x-direction?

HI there,
I'm new to DF and need to stabilize something, but only in the x-direction.
The tracker stabilizes both directions and I don't know how or where to delete the movement in y.

This needs to be done with an expression...

1) Add a transform to your flow.
2) modify the center of the trasnform with an expression
3) in the expression, connect the p1 control to the trackers steady position
4) in the expression output, enter p1x in the x area, and in the y area, just specify a value, typically 0.5
