CGTalk - how to add plug-ins

i'm kinda new to photoshop and i would like to know how to add plugg-ins to photoshop,i have a map in adobe whit plug-ins called effects but how do i get them in to the program??

Open PS, Hit F1 and make a search.
Everything is there for you to learn : )
