does it interact with any element in the max? i mean the reactor, rigging(ik, biped, ragdoll), particle and other stuff?

i have no idea wht the max scripts is. how should i get started on it? does the max scripts works on particles and reactor?

MAXScript is an intepreted language used within 3ds max to create tools that you might need that don't ship with the software. MAXscript can do most of what you usually do through the UI, and much more. I am not sure if this answers your question.

Yes, in fact MAXScript is almost required to unleash the complete power of Particle Flow!
(Particle Flow provides excellent scripting exposure which is rather easy to use compared to other areas of MAXScript)

Reactor is also controllable through MAXScript - all the icons you see on the Reactor toolbar which ships by default on the left side of the UI ARE scripts which create certain things for Reactor.

You might want to take a look at http://www.scriptspot.com and http://www.scriptspot.com/bobo to get an idea of what already exists and what is possible...
