Hello JuddWack,

all that stuff in the Input are the changes you made to the model... i.e. the Extrude Edges, Merge Vertices, etc...

You need them if you want to modify their values afterwards. If you don't want to, simply choose "Edit -> Delete by Type -> History" with the model selected.

Not only will it clean that up, but modifications to your model will speed up as well.
