View Full Version : IK setup offsets when...

If I unhide the characters polys then the joints will offset from the IK goals when animated. If I only show the joints, all the joints snap to their respective IK goals perfectly when animated. Hopefully this picture can explain it better than I can. Enable IK snap is on too.

how are your controls set up? It doesn't make sense that just hiding poly's will do it... something else has to be happening.

Thanks for the reply, I had a standard reverse foot setup but I ended up re-rigging everything and whatever the problem was, it went away.
