any feedback or comments are welcome.

Ehm, quite simplistic :shrug:
You are probably newbie in cg so not so bad start.
I think it needs detailing which is more question of time and hard work than skill! Another important thing is lighting - your img totally lacks shadows - they are really important for illusion of 3d space - try to place one directional light for sun with shadows "on" and few fill light (omni or point - depends on 3d app) without shadows. Your fills are really oversaturated now...scattering light is very subtle effect.
You could also change camera to a more intersting view - now its pretty boring (central compostition works rarely).

imo the bump and spec are too high... and there is bump on the fuselage and not on the wings or tail :surprised

about the texture and the bump i'll try to fix it.
about the shadow i used one omni and apply the shadow.where is the shadow ,.,. ??? I DONT KNOW :surprised
I used Vreay to render this image ..
i will try to add more detail and fix the texture ..
by the way ... i used Adobe photo shope to made the texture ..
