Just got started on this the other day. I have never modelled the human body before, so this is probably not going to be very anatomically correct, but please do make suggestions if things look very weird (i know the neck is really long, i want it to be a bit out of proportion).
Ok, back to work :) Let me know what you think so far.

that looks good! it all seems to fit well, nothing feels out of place, I assume the seem on his face is a hood of sorts? all in all I like it, I want to see how this ends up :thumbsup:

So far you've beaten me at modeling with that poor man's modeler :P . Nice style. Waiting for an update before I start giving critiques, just keep going:thumbsup: .

Bit of an update.
I know the back is a bit screwed up right now, around the spine specially, im just trying to reconcile all the unwanted edgeloops that run from the head down. I got rid of a whole bunch of them, but there are a few that still create a bit of a mess. Anyway, getting back to work.

Well, getting rid of those unwanted edgeloops did help, especially at the sternum. I think maybe the collar bone should look more like it goes into the body in the center, looks like the bone just ends right there (hope you understand that, not sure if it was clear). The rib cage looks like the bones don't come towards the center enough, and the ribs look a bit sharp even for the elongated style; I'd take a look at bone refrences sicne I would probably confuse you trying to explain how each rib connects to the upper rib. The abdominal muscle going underneath the rib cage looks a bit weird, they should cover the last few bottom ribs. The sides look a bit weird, but they don't look complete so I'll hold off critiques on that. For the back muscles, maybe first make the valley for the spine, then start detailing the muscle groups:shrug: , just a suggestion. The modeling is pretty good, just some anatomy problems. Keep it up, its going good.

What's going on there on the top of the head? Do you have a wireframe you can show? It looks like some polygons could be simplified up there.
