View Full Version : Jpeg 2000?
bobzilla 05-27-2005, 01:42 AM Can any version of Photoshop open a JPEG 2000 file? One of our clients is supplying us with them, but they seem to be blank (all black, actually) when we try to open them in Photoshop.
I believe we've tried versions 6, 7 , CS.

You have to install a little addon that is on the Photoshop installation disk to use Jpeg2000.
At the bottom of this page, they tell you what to install to use Jpeg2000 with CS.

Yes, as Nomi had said.
I can only instruct you with CS2 Prem bundle, but it would be in the first Extras disk, goodies, Photoshop. There's a sufficient amount of stuff in it. I'm not home at the moment, so I can't tell you in which exact folder it will be in.
