Constrains not removed after storing actions?

-they are removed after storing them in actions if remove animation is set.
-not sure why yours isn't but on a simple 2 bone chain, pos constraint eff to a cube, store transformation-all sources with remove animation on, and its gone, apply action and its back.

just noticed you said constraint with an "s"!
-make an action for each one, xsi will store and remove the constraints in constraint type order, then order in explorer stack.
