1st post a bigger image. It's very hard to make out the details.
2nd From what I can see it looks really ridgid at first glance I almost thought it was a table. If your going for a Aligator crocidile kimono dragon type creature get references at how the body is shaped and try to make your model more organic looking.
Pretty much what James said :) From this "distance" though I would right away suggest either shortening his legs or spreading the stance of the feet by quite a lot. Coldblooded thingers have to keep low to the ground or they get cold and drunk or something, so if you make him lay much lower to the floor things will probably start to look a bit more reptilian.

its a mix of a dino and a lizard... i still have alot to do to it..also how do i blow the pic up bigger?

You must post bigger pictures, I can hardly see that! It appears your symmetry modifier hasnt quite worked either, the model doesnt look like it's welded together properly.
