Hello.

Is there any god info on how to use mentalray for maya beta 1.5 the one that came with the install is out of date? right its mostly for the 1.0 that was real bad

Any tutorials on the internet or any community that have a specific forum?

I think it would be a good idea for AW to set up a beta community during the Beta period so the users and programmers could share.

Mental Ray is Beta and the documentation is always the last thing to be finalized before software ships. So I'm afraid you probably won't find any decent info about Mental Ray 1.5 and Maya specificly until the renderer is finalized and released. The best source of info right now will probably the Mental Ray Beta discussion forum on AW's site.
