how do i actually export my xsi model and open it in maya?
i tried exporting a iges file but when i opened it in maya, only the nurbs object showed up.,what happened to all my polygons?
am i suppose to export a dot xsi? or what?... can anyone help me?:hmm:

Iges is Nurbs format , To export polygons you should use OBJ format.

deep exploration, i heard can export files between packages.
