set your layer in 3d mode, edit your center with the pan behind tool, and edit the rotation on y ?

okay dude !
so....you have your text layer in your timeline, if your press F4, you toogle "switches/modes",
so here you have at the right, a little cube, this is to set your layer in 3d, so check it.
now in your timeline, select your layer and press "R" (rotation), you sould see your 3 axis, edit the rotation you want and that's done !
maybe now the axis rotation is not where you wanted it to be... so you have in your tools window, a tool called "pan behind tool" select it, (it allows to modify your axis position) and edit your axis position !
have fun :)
