hello all, i am still new to using mental ray. i am working on a scene with paint effects trees but when rendered with final gather they dont show up. any ideas on how to render the trees. would converting them to polys help.

Sure converting them to polygon would help. But you have to check the new crated shaders of leaves and others, they might not work well until you tweak them a bit.
