hi guys,

reading a thread on a forum outhere i discovered this SBLFD aka

"Specular Bleeding of Lens Flare Dispersion" ( omg :scream: )

Now, this effect should be like this

http://www3.telus.net/public/vinnik88/moblur_tests/car_flare.jpg

Now i admit this is the very first time i heard about it and the problem is i cannot found any resource about it. Google says me i'm crazy when put that name in the search field.
Can u suggest me any good resource about it or tell something on?
Tnx !

(Tnx Vergefio for the img)

That's just a specular bloom, with one concentrated point (the sun) at a very high value, I would think... Could be done in compositing.

it looks real enough....the human eye reproduces this effect when it sees the sun in a reflection.

the camera of course can reproduce this...even controlable somewhat
