try to work at higher resolutions.
to get better outlines you could try this:
- select the outlines
- enter quick mask (q)
- gaussian blur (2, 3 pixels or more)
- adjust brightnes and contrast (contast 95, brightnes try diferent values)
- exit quick mask (q)
- fill selections with black.

Iz a good try! Izzit ur first time using Photoshop?
The outlines still need work :) Needs to be more solid.
And Shading. The teeth, the eyes, the skin... shading will make it more complete... and you could try mixing in the odd color or two.
Like on the teeth. Maybe add some green or white particles on the yellow... it might make the head more intersting :) like he was just eating something or brushing his teeth when u took this picture :hmm:
okie! That's my 2 cents!
