I was trying to read your resume. How long have you been animating for?
You seem to be missing some fundamental animation ideas. Have you ever tried making a bouncing ball first ? If you can get that down and apply it to all your animations they'll already look ten times better. Think of slowing down and speeding up your character when appropriate, also make your poses stronger.
It's not bad, you obviously have the desire to animate considering how many of those shorts you have. Animate a boucing ball and see how much you'll get out of it.

I think mehdianim is right. You need to concentrate on the basics first, then move onto more advanced animations. Jumping head first into animation like this can be daunting, not to mention, frustrating. Remember to keep it simple in the beginning, it will make your life a whole lot easier!

Also, I'd recommend making your site a less graphic intensive. It took a bit of time for everything to load up on my machine. Same with the animation files, keep them as small as possible. You'll get a lot more critiques if it only take a few seconds to load up your file.

Thanks Mehdianim.Thanks Snap.
Im going to get busy fixing and changing what you guys prescribed.
From what I understand that means that im missing squash & stretch-weighting issues
all across the anims.
I will redo a bouncy ball-theres gotta be more i can learn from it.

illl also try working out the resume-website issues
The criticism rocks if you see this
thanks again
