using mr

I used to a tutorial to create a camera motion trail.. works great!
I used a book to tell me how to render all the frames.

The book told me to render using .iff format, I did, the book however stops short of telling me how to actually view these files or what I really would like to do is "play" them in the animation they are supposed to render to. I have found out I must use Fcheck, I am asking do I have to compile all of these .iff files 1-1000 with another program? How do I make them into any video format ie: mpeg, avi, mov, etc etc

Thanks a Bunch

**Edit** Ok I figured out how to view them in sequence, but the compiling to a video format has got me clueless

you need to use adobe after effects (or similar program ie. shake) to compile your images in to a movie.
