Hi everybody, i need help.

I bought a new machine and i have the same hd and video card(geforce2).
And now when im rendering a sequence for exemple a complex scene(15min-1frame)...the first 2 frames is ok but next the program shut down with no error mesages.

In another scene, the sequence go about 60 frames(3min-1frame) and after this the max shut down. Just disaper in my window

In basic scene(3min-1frame) the max render perfect. I dont understand, i tried to change the configuration of Windows XP, change the render properties, i reinstaled the max. So now my options is finish.

My system is a pentium 4 - 2.4 mhz with overclock so it is 2.5 mhz. I have a lot of cooler so temperature is not the problem.
I have 1 giga of ddr333mhz.

Friends i want to go to my farm with my family this week so i need that render because is 680 frames (10min-1frame) and i cant be all the time with my computer! i need to sleep :surprised

I dont have this problem with my last computer( p3 - 512 ram)
but the render...............50 min 30min 20 min...........

I think is a litle easy problem but im not seen the solution, i apreciate some help, thanks:shrug:

There were some posts on the subject, but I forgot exactly what the solution was... Try turning the Norton Antivirus off.

Complete stab in the dark, you tried enabling the "Use Less Memory" checkbox, or whatever its called, in the Render Dialog? .. its at the buttom I think.

Idunno, as I said, just a wild stab :)
