View Full Version : error message on launch! Help!!

I'm getting this message on Painter IX launch:

ScriptIO: Out of data map entries!

It's in a small dialog box with the Painter hand icon in the corner.

Mac OSX 10.3.7, everything working up 'til now... this was preceeded by a crash/program quit.

I tried searching Painter Help, Googling and searching this forum, but no results matched.

Anyone got a clue, a fix? Is there some little file I can trash or something?

okay, I think I fixed it by opening the Scripts pallette, choosing > open script, and then deleting all the scripts that had today's date... no more error message, so far!

I'll post back if there are any new developments.
