Can Anyone give me some suggestions as to how to eliminate this probelm? The issue is in the mapping in the Circled areas. I think the stepping/stretching/pixelating is pretty obvious. I've tried both Flat and UVW mapping with the same results. It seems to happen most prominently where the texture wraps a curve in the body. Some details:

• Model was purchesed from ModelBank as a .wrl file (Was going to use a different program before I chaged gears and decided to use Cinema)
• Cinema4DXL r9
• All textures are 300dpi at roughly 8x10 - there about 4 layered textures
• Alpha maps are grey-scale, color maps are RGB

I've searched the board for Solutions but everything I've tried hasn't worked.

what is your aliasing set to? Looks like it may be set to "geometry", should be "best" with "still image" and then play with "min" and "max"

also, in the color channel of your texture (or wherever you have your bitmap), try setting the sampling to "none" - it will be "MIP" by default

Thanks Mike.... almost perfect....it was the MIP mapping to None...

just need to fix the stretching of the logo on the back corner now.... I'll just reposition that unless someone has a suggestion on how to make it wrap the fender correctly.
