That is amazing work bro!! You really got into details on the face. I love the little wrinkles around the eyes. Great texturing job. If you can, post some of your wires and what you did in photoshop. I'd love to see your texturing. She is very attracctive so GREAT JOB.

only problem i see is no shadows on the hair. Try faking it or something but right now the hair dosn't seemed to be attached to the neck at the bottom right.

how did you do the eye lashes, are they a textured plane with opacity?
Very nice work.....great job
she IS attractive;)

great job on the model.. it's tough to hit the curves of a face just right, but you pulled it off. the only thing that i would say detracts from the image is her hair--if there any way to avoid the stringy-ness of the hair simulation? it almost looks as if her hair line starts at the peak of her head..
still, great work.

I'm not sure what you used for the hair simulation, I'll assume shag because that seems to be the most popular one for Max.
You should make some more control splines for the hair so that it looks slightly more messy. Right now it is a little too well combed to be real. If you have trouble with shadows, there should be a way to turn the hair into a mesh, then it might behave better.
Very nice textures, modelling and everything.

Thats a great looking image great texturing work in the skin and especially around the eyes and lips. In critisim the top of the skull possibly looks a little too large? Definatly the construction of the hair looks very stylised, perhaps it should be shiny as if gelled and lastly the fibre on the jumper looks a little flat.
Otherwise its a great looking image the model has great structure, nice one :wavey:
looks great, amazing stuff, the modeling and textures are really good. one little thing, try to use a displacement map for the ripples on the sweater:applause:

very cute ;)
Good work.nice texturing.post some wires...

It looks good... good face, but there are 2 problems...
1. the hair
2. the comp
Hope you don't mind me changing your work (if you want it down, then just say) but if you change the comp so you are focused on what is good and take away what is bad then it'll make the overall picture better. Also a few little tricks in PS to add some realisim. Its now on the edge of photo real. (my little brother walked pass the screen and asked who it was?)

Absolutely incredible!:buttrock:
The only part that looks odd to me are the hairs on her forehead- they're a bit too high up/ thinned-out (it looks as if she is going a little bald), and on her neck it looks like there is hair growing out the side of it.
Other than those small crits - it's beautiful :)

very nice looking girl! a little bit of post-processing as 'Harrad' mentioned could make her look even better though..
keep up the good work and take care

looks very nice
There are a few things that I notice:
1. The bump map seems a bit low-res or too strong in some areas (around the eyebrows, the nose a little bit)
2. The intersection between the cloth of the sweater and her neck could use a little bit of work.
Great work overall, not as if I could do any better.

reiv, I love your work.
is thoes hair made by fur plug-in?
10-13-2002, 10:22 AM
wow that is just amazing how did you learn to model so well?
10-13-2002, 10:23 AM
ohh i forgot to ask what methoud did you use to model?
Wow thanks for all your comments !
You're right, there's something wrong with the hairs. I'll try t o do something for. I've used shag hair to make it.
I learn to model by myself, by doing a lot of mistakes and observing womans faces  .To model her i starded with a simple four sided poly and then apply an edit mesh modifier(lot of extrudes, cuts.....)
Once again thx for ur comment and excuse me for my french-english :)
I've forgotten something: Harrad, I realy enjoy what you did to my picture with PS  . So what have you exactly done to get that pliz ??

im serious i should find a pic and show you.
10-13-2002, 06:08 PM
Potato- She reminds me of someone i know as well.
Reiv- Thanks. What i did was....
1. First cut the pic to the new size (really?)
2. then copy the picture and blur it, then change the layer transfer to overlay. this takes the edge of the Cg look, gives it a bit of bloom (extream whites, going into deep blacks) and it also pushs the whites and blacks out.
3. Then added a hue-sat layer, changed it to a colourize type. and selected a yellow-orange colour. Then took it down to 50% opacity. which gives it a warm glow about it. (also change this to overlay)
i think thats it. the main problem i had with the your pic was the space around the head on the left and right. which took away from your wonderful (and very sexy) face.
hope this helps....
