day to night?

U can do it on any the programs u mention, expet premiere and final cut pro, however my expireience on AE day to night is that u have to whatch out ur contrast levels , u can do easily this with turning down brightness and contrast but is gona have sharp edges and if u want it more moonlight i preetty much go with hue and saturation and turn down the lightness. the rest depends on ur shot and masking and creating lights, rotoscoping and final color correction.
