NCSoft Orange County is seeking an experienced Senior Server/Network Programmer to join its seasoned team of industry professionals led by key contributors of award winning massively multiplayer games. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly creative environment and contribute to the development of a new game from the ground up.

The Senior Server Programmer will lead the design of server architecture, client server communication and communication across multiple servers including database servers.



Requirements:



• Experience with C++ programming language

• Development experience on at least one shipped online multiplayer title. MMO dev. experience a plus

• TCP/IP and UDP network programming experience

• Distributed Systems experience

• Experience in designing and implementing Client/Server architecture

• Knowledge of network and server security issues

• Experience with code optimization

• MMORPG gaming experience a plus
