View Full Version : lighting - not photoreal

Hello. What a terrifying thing it is, laying forth a picture to be flayed apart, but it is always the best way to make progress. This is an image from a full animation I am working on, but I am way more interested in the lighting than anything. Let me just put forth that I am a stage lighting designer by background and I am more interested in illustrative lighting than photoreal. Which is why I am unemployed. :)

I am just putting up one image that I particularly like right now. Not that it is perfect. I know what I think works and does not, now I would just like the constructive criticism of the rest of the cg world. Or at least the ones who read this forum.
