Modeling and texturing in progress. May take a minute to load picture. Please let me know what you think of this model and give me some feedback. Its meant to not be totally realistic keeping a more styalized appearance for purposes of animation. Ive been told to possibly use subdivision surface scattering but am not sure what result that may yield. Thanks!

Great start. details look fine already. the transitionarea between cheeks and mouth could use a bit more definition, maybe add an extra edgeloop. i wouldnt mix up smothed and ansmoved elements in your bodymesh, if you go for rigid armorparts, i'd model thenm seperately, so it looks logical to the eye. the cuffs actually are a bit massive, and anatomically, he'd had a bit of a problem to bend his arms. maybe spare on the inside a slight bit out to just prottect the ellbows and underarms and still being able to move naturally.
Hope one or the other point helps u :) this of course is my oppinion and my own point of view.
