Created alpha maps in bryce and brought them into photoshop, so i could isolate individual elements to correct color, 3d artifacts, or to create a depth of field effect.

Used Bryce to render the image, then i'll take it to photoshop for final compilation.

Hey Glenn,
Just to let you know the use of poser models isn't allowed, you are supposed to model all figures yourself within the timeframe of the contest.

Sorry about the use of poser models, I wasn't aware of rule, my bad. I use them to speed my work flow, I'm waiting for the next release of Zbrush before I start generating human figures, because it'll be much easier to pose figures within Zbrush. Oh well, I started this project long before I knew about this challenge, I just skimmed over the rules and the poser thing didn't pop out to me. Sorry everybody.
Glenn

Next challenge I'll do better. It was never my intention to bend the rules or anything, what can I say I'm a newbie here. Hope you all forgive me.

Glenn,
I just thought I would let you know, this zbrush that everyone is using . I think I should look into it , what are your thoughts on it. Is it easy to use.
See you in the next challenge.

Hey Mike,
Zbrush I think is a must. As for ease of use, mabye a little complicated at first, but once u start playing with it you'll get use to it. If you need information you need to go here: www.zbrushcentral.com (http://www.zbrushcentral.com) They got all the info you'll ever need. I have to say it can produce some awesome stuff so take a look at the site.
