What do you think about this splash page for our New Site. Please be harsh and picky.

a) too little colours (the changing isn't smooth (ie around the lights)) - or if this is an effect you wanted to create its okay
b) there are 2 black borders around the picture (no problem with that), but the picture itself is crossing the line (the face of the big guy for example, the upper right part of his face is inside the black border)
c) sweet picture
