Hmm...well, it's very hard to comment on, but so far I like the notepad sketch better than the photoshop version - but I'm not sure what everything in the picture is? I can see that there are flowers and mushrooms, but what are those swirling things?
If this is indeed going to be a tattoo design, make sure to make the line art distinctive and solid - and try to avoid elements that feel "frail" and overly artistic. Tattooing is a craft that has its own range of problems: Your "canvas" is soft and fleshy, and very often tough to pierce through. You can't do quick, artistic strokes - the machine has to pierce the skin and get the ink into it - so it's actually a lot like tracing.
It has been my experience that tattoo artists tend to appreciate clear and distinctive linework. It's easy to copy and lends itself well to tattooing. A surprising amount of "tattoo artists" aren't even drawing artists, so the clearer your motif is, the better.

Sunbane !!! Thanks a lot for your comment! =)
You've got the flowers and mushrooms right, and as for those swirling things - its supposed to be a kind of colour\smoke\swirling stuff.. its kinda hard to explain anyway Ill try to do another paintover to the sketch to make it more clear!
As for the lines in the painting, Ive tried to make them more clear and straight so they could be more traceable but it didnt go so well..( since Im a noob to painting in photoshop and i dont know all the features\options in it)
Anyway thank you a lot!! Ill try to continune working on it.. and update soon i hope!
Cheers!!
