I have a helix spline, and I have the mesh and thickness checked. But the spline is not smooth, I would like to add more segments along the spline(not in the profile)without having to do this mannualy, is there a way, just like with CV curves, when you can just set it in the settings?

thanks in advance for the help.

increase the amount of steps in your interpolation rollout for the spline.

what's the correct name and under which parameter is that, I looked under segment, vertex and spline and I couldn't find a setting for adding this, ...am I missing something?

If I create a line, and I go in edit, I can see the interpolation, but in this case, I'm using a helix spline. Is there a solution?

best guess would to convert your helix to a spline, then set the interpolation

while taoizm is right for most cases it cant be done liek that with a helix same with stal3fish..jsut doesnt work with helix(least not in max 5)

youll probably have to add a meshsmooth to it to make it any smoother

unless your jsut talking about the radius smoothness then jsut add more sides under the helix rendering rollout

It is not a "good" method, but you could apply normalize spline, increase the seg. length, and then collapse to editable spline and check the vertexes as smooth

I don't think you can increase the segment length with a helix.
