I ordered it and the company I ordered from said it is pre-order and not available yet, so why does everyone have it already?

I ordered it on the e-on homepage, and recived my Infinite order after 1 Day...

I got it from creativeengine.com but it says that it is pre-order. I wonder if it has to do to the fact that I got a student discount on it. I know it's the full version though. This doesn't make sense...

why not order it from e.on instead? they also offer student discounts.

Could be that they simply run out of stock with CDs because it is so successful? My guess is that. But normally e-on reacts quickly, i am sure it will be available again soon.
