I am currently working on a character model for Badge of Blood, a Half Life 2 mod from Warpigstudios. this is is the concept art i am working from (curtesy of Warpigstudios)

here is the work in progress shots of the high poly model that will be used to generate the normal maps for the game character

i still have alot of work to do. i need to tweak the proportions of the high poly some more before i start the texture, and low poly model. crits welcome. for more info about the project or to help us out, visit:

No replies yet? hmmm

Looking really nice! , you have a good model going on there. I would try to break up the symmetry a bit though, especially around the pants. I think that avoiding mirroring some parts will do wonders for your character. The trade-off is a bit smaller texture space but it is worth it.
