Ok, here is my opinion :
- The modeling seems very good, although you could have put more objects.
- You seem to have a modern design oriented interior so I feel that the support for the pot between the two windows could look less antique.
- Same thing for the windows, try & find some references of modern looking ones or at least, put some glass material on it.
- Again in the window area, the bitmap you set behind is out of perspective, try to match the viewport's horizon line with the one of your picture.
- I feel there is too much light. Work by steps, put some key lights (one big and direct for the sun light coming through the windows, some smaller ones inside to match the interior lighting and finally, and ambiant light to simulate the sunrays bouncing on the floor) This way, you could find a more interesting contrast, give you better shadows.
Again, very good modeling that could achieve a great scene with little improvements.
Hope this helps

you might want to think about that bright yellow, pick a duller colour like a dull yellow, it makes it easier on the eyes and more realistic, do you know anyone who would have bright yellow walls in a room like that, with a TV?
good work with the window, great fix-up

what about some textures and hard shadows?
look for some tutorials to create shading networks and take some time to experience lighting.
