Hi, I have reciently installed Maya PLE on my mac, I cant seem to get the middle button on my microsoft intelli point to work. Its set to "scroll wheel" in the prefs is that right? or cant you no use the push down scroll wheel button as a button in maya. (have all the latest drvers etc...)
any help welcome

Try it without the MS drivers.

Hi, had the same problem.
Somewhere in the intellipoint mouse setting there is an option to "discard" settings for a chosen application.

that worked for me.

It is also the same with a Wacom IntuosII. Without drivers you have a third pen/mousebutton but no tabletmapping .
Wacom knows this problem and is trying to solve it... hopefully fast for all you OSX (with wacom attached) users.
