View Full Version : OSX Terminal Render problem

Hi

I can't seem to get a command line render going using Terminal. I type "Render -r mr MyProject.mb" & I get "Render: Command not found". It has been a while since I have used Maya (6.5) but I am sure this used to work. Seems that the render command is not in the directory path or something. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks for that web page... the only problem is I haven't got my maya machine hooked up to the internet. Is there a way to use your web page without having to be connected, similar to the maya online help files?

I see your command line generates the entire path to the render app. This is what I ended up doing as this app doesn't seem to be recognised by terminal anymore.:banghead:
