hi

i am trying to create a portrait kind of a thing or figure using the halftone pattern thing but i am not bale to achieve the right effect ..i ahve seen a lot of images on the net in whcih they just use black and white dots to make it look like a figure

somewhat similar to this

Create and define a pattern and apply it to a layer. Could do the trick also.

Copy you layer into an alpha channel,the use the halftone filter copy the alpha channeland paste it into a layer.
