This is looking quite nice. Something that jumped right out at me was the foot has a very abrupt motion on the forward step from the up position to the contact with the ground, it almost looks like it is jumping from one position to the next. Also, could you move the text or just not display it, it is right in the way and kind of distracting.

yeah, the foot movement needs some work. I animate the foot with ik, which is not always easy to look right. I personally don't like animating with ik, because fk give's you a more natural look (arcs).
But for footwork i haven't found a good fk solution yet.

his wrists need to come down more, its hard to make your hands keep that possition especially when walking, and I think more face movement could sell his weight even further, its a good one =)

one more thing about IK poping, I usually just set limits to how far the leg can rotate, this can lead to problems, but its less likly to pop. in fact, does anyone know of a real good method to making a smooth ik movement?

Hey that looks pretty good. I didn't have any major comments, just some opinions. Maybe gave him more weight in his step, delay his hips a little bit. Also move his stepping foot further fowrard so his leg is stretched fully before the foot snaps down. I thought that maybe this might help the walk look more optimistic/confident.
