Hey Mike,
it is up on the Maxon website. Go to www.maxon.net, hit "support", hit "FAQ", hit "animation". Look for "How do you create an align to spline track in Cinema 4D GO?" Hope that's what you need.

make your object
make your spline
on your object add an align to spline expression
select the align to spline tag and in the attributes manager drag and drop the spline onto the spline path box
animate the position track
it now has a rail track too which is nice :)

This has changed quite a bit since the days of XL 5 and GO.
MDME SADIE got it though.

Thanks folks - I didn't think to look for an expression. I was looking for the old timeline menu option.
After just half a day or so playing around with the new timeline, fcurves and xpresso, I've got to say that R8 looks impressive. And there's lots I've not even looked at.
