seth1 05-09-2005, 06:16 AM Ok, hears the dillio im working on this for mothersday. i know yes it was due today:sad: damn me. I was woundering what would be the quickest way to render out the forest instead of going in there with my brush and doing some intense detail.... Could i get some harsh crit to. Thanks all

well this is looking good so far. not sure about the arm proportions but maybe it's some kind of funny perspective and angle. i guess we need more opinions on that. and about the forest experiment with different brushes. use different brush properties.

And mothers' day went already.
I'd have said that some quick sketchy brushwork'd've done quite well. Someone was asking in another thread about how to render foliage, and someone else answered that you don't go straight for the individual leaves, you block out the masses and the suggest details. I think it's pro'lly as good an answer as there is.

marcheen, Kargokultti, Thanks guys. I will try both your crits for rendering out the forest, for the proportions yeah it is a funny angle not usally seen:D
