View Full Version : Maxscript Problem!!!!!!

Hi,

I've been using the Vulcania 3.1 script with great success, and it just stopped working for some strange reason...? I keep getting a 'noise phase' error.

There seems to be a discussion about it in the F.A.Q section of the creators' site,www.chez.com/mourl/index2.html
, but it's in French.....and my French sucks!!!

Please, any help/advice on how to fix this would be welcome! It's such a cool script....

Perhaps you could tell us if you changed anything before it stopped working? Sometimes things break with the simplest of things. Let us know if you've installed any plugins, changed any settings, anything that may have affected how MAX runs.

Alternatively, find someone who can read french;)

Did you update to max 4.x? I seem to recall this being an issue... I think you'll need to get someone to help you with the messages at that forum...

Try http://babelfish.altavista.com/ either enter in the url or copy/paste the text in the box. Then select French to English.

Yup, I think I did upgrade...but I went back to max 4. Since then it did not work. Thanks for the replies....

This just means I should not rely on scripts to do stuff for me...heh.
