Hello everybody, can anybody explain me or tell me where to find some info about what kind of algorithm uses Maya's automatic UV mapping function?
It uses different methods depending on the topology of the geometry (spherical mapping, planar, etc.) or it applies a more complex algorithm like Blender's Least Squares Conformal Maps?
