Please help me on this theme.
I wonder how you can animate your stills. Lets take sun coming out of horizon.
Please help. It would really help me and the others, i belive. :)

Because that ist a really basic, you should read the chapter about timeline/render settings in the manual ?

Its all about keyframes over time to object characteristics.

(in fact to let the sun come out you set keyframes for the position/characteristics of your light and manipulate the F-Curves)
