Hey all. . .I've built a terrain in Max 7 and have textured it as well. I've now assigned vertex colors to parts of the terrain to help break up the tiled textures. Here's my dilema: I'm trying to figure out a way to render some images of the terrain and have the color vertex information preserved in the render. Any ideas? I realize the vertex color information is used for real-time purposes, which is what the terrain is being used for. However, I'm working remotely and trying to show my client in-progress images with the color info still retained in the render. Any help would be much appreciated.
