Hey there - cool beast.
Yeah, you definately need to work on the muscles quite a lot - at the moment they look like they are made out of foam. But otherwise, cool work - looking for forward to seeing an update, and some animation of this guy.

the arms look like they have balloons under the skin. look up some superhero comic characters, they should give you a nice muscle reference. cool character though. would love to see it textured and animated.

here`s a little update, addad some more details to the ram muscels. if you are wondering about the crappy weight maps, it`s
because i`ve spent about 5min on them(got a little eager to set him up iun a pose). and again crits are welcome:)
