im going to buy XSI for linux and im JUST wondering if it works with Yellow Dog Linux... anyone knows something about this?

The linux version of XSI won't run on a mac, if that's what you were thinking of doing. Linux xsi was compiled for x86 based machines, so it won't work on those motorolla (or whatever) based mac machines. I suppose you could do somthing like run vmware, then run either win2k/xp or linux in that and run xsi in there, but that would be stupid :)

Im running Red Hat, I have heard of others running it on Mandrake or SuSe but not yellow dog.
